At LuxuryPerfs, we want you to shop with confidence. Because fragrances are personal‑use products, we follow strict hygiene and authenticity standards. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

 

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Security seal and plastic wrap are intact

  • Return is requested within 7 days of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless defective or damaged during shipping.

 

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement, or

  • Full refund

No return shipping fee will be charged for our error or carrier damage.

 

3. Non‑Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or sprayed fragrances

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked)

  • Gift cards

 

4. Return Process

  1. Email support@luxuryperfs.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions

  3. Ship the item back within 5 days of approval

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

 

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not offer exchanges for different scents after purchase due to hygiene reasons.

 

7. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or failure to pay customs fees:

  • Shipping and return fees will be deducted from the refund

 

8. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us before opening a payment dispute. We are happy to resolve issues quickly. Abuse of chargebacks may result in order refusal in the future.
