7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but not received:

LuxuryPerfs is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery but will assist customers in filing a carrier claim when possible.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the claim.
